If you are an existing MyHousePrice.com customer with credits to access the residential data base you can use your credits in the normal way until these are used up. There will be no new sales of single searches or credits.

When do property sales enter our database?

We have complete coverage in Scotland from December of 2001, prior to that we have most but not all of properties sold.

English House Prices and Welsh House Prices are supplied based on the date they are sold and can take up to three months for all the sales in a given month to be registered.

Our Data

We have the following data available:

England/Wales: 25,513,512 sales (next update due in late December)

Scotland: 4,232,491 sales (next update due in late December)

House prices are registered following completion of the sale, and can take up to three months before being registered.
